Name: Vishal Sharma Ph.D research scholar (solar cells)
Location: Matslab, Univ of Delhi, India (More details at the end)
Details: This is a flexible solar cell that I have fabricated in my lab. Efficiency: I used poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and [6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) on ITO coated PET flexible substrate. I got an efficiency of 0.6% and having an area of 0.0225 cm2. Flexible solar cells are likely to be the future of next generation PV.
Highlights: I got Poster Presentation Award in the “National Conference on Microscopy & Advances in Material Sciences-2015” organized by University of Jammu from March 2-4, 2015 on “Flexible Solar Cells: fabrication and charge conduction analysis”.
