The company was founded in 2010 and has a capacity of 45 MW of solar module production. It has its manufacturing facility at Tada (in Andhra Pradesh, close to Chennai).

- The module plant is located on a 2 acre land that has been leased for 99 years, so possibility for expansion to about 100 MW
